Purple Cauliflower!

It's called Graffiti and next year we will definitely be planting more. Tastes the same but I just love the color!

Ooh-La-La! Does it stay purple when cooked? I just may have to find some of these seeds to pretty up the garden!

Oh your cauliflower did waaaay better than mine. I grew Purple of Sicily. It was much darker and not as tight. I prefer the Early Snowball variety that I grew last year. Maybe I'll give Confetti a try this fall. Now it's time to plant corn and get ready for summer. Ready or not...

This has been great to look at for a while. Now great to eat.

Oh, that looks yummy! Does it have the same nutritional profile as regular cauliflower?

I LOVE this stuff! I just wish they didn't charge twice as much for it at the farmers market. :(
